THE CHAKA EXPERIENCE.

Its Friday the third of April twenty fifteen.Being an Easter holiday, I load my camping gear into my cars boot and take a final look at my guide map to check on my target destination,CHAKA RACH. Two hours later,i come across a road sign that reads CHAKA RANCH TURN RIGHT 10K.M.I cant help a smile.Finally i can clearly see the white snow at the cap of mount Kenya and the green slopes covering the entire environment.A few minutes later i drive into my destination and the sight of it leaves my mouth wide open.
CHAKA RANCH, is located off the Nyeri-Nanyuki highway,on the slopes of mt.Kenya,the second highest mountain in Africa.It was officially launched late last year and its biggest clientele include the upper middle class domestic tourists.
The park offers a variety of activities which include among others:bike rides,buggy bike rides,quad bike rides and horse rides.
It also offers a variety of dishes among them:nyama choma,roast chicken,mukimo and swahili pilau.

Young children can also enjoy different sporting activities such as merry go rounds,swinging and bouncing castles.
 



CHAKA RANCH is therefore an ideal location for an all family outing and has a lot that cannot be experienced in any other place but the launch itself.
